"Even a wounded world is feeding us.
Even a wounded worls is holding us, giving us moments of wonder and joy.
I choose love over despair.
Not becouse I have my head in the sand, but becouse joy is what the earh gives me daily and I must return the gift."
From: Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall-Kimmerer
About me
From an early age, I found peace, comfort and friendship in the plant world - my first great love was the apple tree in my parents' house and I would sit in its crown and listen to its stories.
After leaving school, I devoted my time to a bachelor's degree in psychology and traveled the world. After completing my studies, I reoriented myself and (re)discovered my love of herbal medicine and began training as a Naturopath. After successfully passing the official medical examination, I received my healing license. I am currently studying clinical psychology and psychological empowerment in a master's program. I also work in a curative education and therapy center for girls.
To this day I fall in love with trees, befriend flowers and ally with herbs and alchemize their powers so that we may work together on the quest of healing.
By combining my studies in psychology and naturopathy, my healing approach unites knowledge of the processes of the human psyche with an understanding of the physical body.
Education
2015-2020
Psychology B.sc.
Ludwig Maximilian Universität
München
As part of my Bachelor's thesis, I dealt with the phenomenon of remorse and its effects on offender-victim relationships. I wrote another important thesis on psilocybin for the treatment of therapy-resistant depression.
2020-2023
Naturopathy
During my training, I learned about the anatomy of the human body and the mechanisms underlying pathological processes. My focus here was on the special features of the female body and pythotehrapy as a therapy method.
2023- exp. 2025
clinical Psycholog and psychological Empowerment (M.Sc.)
DIPLOMA
During the course of my studies to date, I wrote a quantitative research paper on the effect of doula support on the birth experience of expectant fathers and a paper on the female neurobiology of post-traumatic stress disorder.
Motivation
My motivation as a healer, therapist and human being lies in nature.
I see the healing of our planet as the healing of each individual - a person who remembers that the distinction between nature/environment and humanity is an illusion, awakens to the understanding that any action that harms nature (= is "harmful to the environment") harms him*herself first.
I focus on women's health because women have been (and still are) systematically oppressed, mistreated and robbed of their strength and power throughout (medical) history. The recovery of our planet is dependent on women becoming aware of their power again, shedding false beliefs and coming together to create change.
Everyone is born with the potential to lead a self-determined, creative and happy life, in harmony with themselves and their environment. Through my therapeutic work, I want to help you recognize and realize this potential.
I look forward to seeing you.
You are the medicine
Cure yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon.
With the sound of the river and the waterfall.
With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.
Heal yourself with mint, with neem and eucalyptus.
Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.
Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon.
Put love in tea instead of sugar, and take it looking at the stars.
Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.
Get strong with bare feet on the ground and with everything that is born from it.
Get smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.
Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.
Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember: you are the medicine.
